Reaching out to a counsellor for the first time can feel like a big step. Many people worry about what to say, whether their problem is “serious enough,” or if they’re ready to talk yet.

You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t need to explain everything straight away.

You’re welcome to contact me if you:

  • would like to arrange a Get-to-Know-You session

  • have a question about counselling

  • are unsure whether therapy is right for you

  • simply want to ask something before deciding

You can use the form to send me a message. A few sentences is completely enough.

I will reply as soon as I can, usually within 24–48 hours, and we can gently work out together whether I feel like the right fit for you. There is no pressure to book after contacting me.

What happens next

After your message, I’ll reply by email. If you’d like to go ahead, we can arrange a 25-minute Get-to-Know-You session where you can ask questions, see how it feels to talk with me, and decide comfortably whether you want to continue.

If your message feels difficult to write, you can keep it simple. Even “Hi, I’m thinking about counselling” is enough to begin.
