Hi, I’m Sophia. I’m a transgender counsellor with a background in psychology, initially specialising in business and occupational psychology. Over time, I discovered my passion for working directly with people, which led me to train in counselling and coaching.

I now provide general counselling online, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for all clients. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring kink, sexuality, and relationship diversity.

I draw on a range of approaches to tailor support to your needs, including Person-Centred, Existential, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Coaching. My aim is to help you explore your identity, experiences, and personal goals in a way that feels safe, empowering, and collaborative.

Whether you’re navigating questions about gender, sexuality, relationships, or personal growth, I provide reflective and practical support through flexible online sessions designed to fit your schedule.

Availability

I currently offer online counselling sessions during the following times (all listed in GMT):

Monday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Tuesday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Wednesday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Thursday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am

Friday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am

Sunday: between 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, and between 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

All sessions are held online to offer flexibility and accessibility around your schedule. I aim to provide times that suit a range of routines, whether you prefer to begin your day with reflection or unwind in the evening after work.

I offer a limited number of concession rates for students and those on a low income, as I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. Please feel free to enquire about availability when getting in touch.
