I’m a UK-trained counsellor and coach, and a proud trans woman. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. I offer general counselling online, with specialisms in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring relationship diversity, creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space to explore identity, relationships, intimacy, and personal growth.
My approach is integrative and tailored to you, drawing on a variety of modalities to best support your needs, while focusing on self-understanding, reflection, and empowerment.
Services
Get-to-Know-You Session – 25 minutes
A free one-time session to meet me, explore what’s on your mind, and see if we’d be a good fit for working together.
Purpose: Get to know each other and ensure we’re the right match before committing to regular sessions.
Booking: Open to anyone curious to explore working with me.
Cost: Free
Counselling Session – 50 minutes
Purpose: A standard session to explore what matters most to you, using an integrative, client-centred approach.
Format: Online video call
Cost: £65 per session
Reduced Rate: A limited number of spaces are available at a lower rate to ensure counselling remains accessible to those who need it
What to expect: You choose the topics we work on and we work together at a pace that suits you

Availability
I currently offer online counselling sessions during the following times (all listed in GMT):
Monday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Tuesday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Wednesday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am, and between 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Thursday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Friday: between 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Sunday: between 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, and between 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
All sessions are held online to offer flexibility and accessibility around your schedule. I aim to provide times that suit a range of routines, whether you prefer to begin your day with reflection or unwind in the evening after work.
I offer a limited number of concession rates for students and those on a low income, as I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. Please feel free to enquire about availability when getting in touch.
